Amaltheia Farm Dinner

We are so excited to return to Amaltheia Organic Dairy again this year for our 2025 Farm Dinner Series.  Amaltheia is a family-run farm nestled in the heart of Montana, handcrafting award-winning organic goat cheeses and growing organic vegetables for over 20 years. Amaltheia is dedicated to sustainability, and uses regenerative processes and composting as a part of their everyday farming practices. You can even spot the next generation of farmers, Olive, riding shotgun in the tractor with dad! 

Join us for a night under the sky, with the backdrop of the Bridger Mountains, a few goats to keep us company, and a unique and flavorful menu highlighting the bounty of Summer!

**A few notes to make your evening seamless and special:

Each menu is thoughtfully designed to highlight ingredients from all of the farms in our series, celebrating the full bounty of the season.

As these dinners are prepared outdoors and entirely on-site, no additions or substitutions can be accommodated. Due to the nature of our setting, we are unable to meet specific dietary preferences—thank you for understanding.

Gratuity is not included, but if you’d like to thank our hardworking crew, cash tips are warmly welcomed and go directly to our staff.

Part of the magic? The menu is a surprise. We let the land and the harvest lead the way, so the full menu is revealed the night of the event.

And finally, our events are BYOB—feel free to bring your favorite wine, beer, or spirit to enjoy alongside the meal.
